The products offered for sale on the Maanta site are intended for private and professional clients.
The characteristics of the products presented on the site can evolve. The photographs attributed to each model are not contractual.
Use of products
Taking into account the specific nature of the products sold on the Maanta site, the customer is obliged to strictly comply with the provisions and recommendations regarding assembly and storage of products. Maanta will in no case be responsible for the incorrect assembly of its products and their use in abnormal conditions.
Given the volume of daily transactions, the absolute availability of the ordered products or services is not guaranteed. In the event of out of stock, one of our managers will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform him and to propose to change or cancel the order.
In case of modification of the order, the amount will be adjusted (paid in excess or in default) based on the chosen references and will confirm the order adjusted to the customer by e-mail.
Orders must be placed via the Maanta sales site.
The order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the registration of the order, by automatic e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the customer.
Orders are processed after receipt of payment of the corresponding amount shown on the invoice. Any order that does not follow the payment within 10 days of receipt by the customer of the order confirmation, will be automatically canceled.
Change the order
The information provided by the customer, at the time of sending the order, imply the formal commitment of the same. In case of errors in the compilation of the recipient's coordinates, Maanta will not be held responsible for the possible inability to confirm the order or make the delivery. No change of delivery address after payment of the order can be considered for the delivery of the package / packs. However, the customer can request, under his sole responsibility, to change the delivery address directly to the carrier. In this case, Maantaa will not be held responsible for any errors in the delivery or loss of packaging by the carrier.
Once payment is received, it will not be possible to make any changes to the order (size, color, billing address or delivery)
In the event of an error in one of the aforementioned elements, the customer must contact the assistance via the Support form. The Bega Srl company will inform the customer of the procedure and conditions for cancellation and reimbursement of the order (see Retracting).
Not acceptance of the order
Maanta reserves the right not to accept any order from a customer for legitimate reasons.
Prices and methods of payment
The prices shown on the Maanta site are expressed in EURO and are inclusive of VAT
Maanta reserves the right to change its prices according to supply and demand. The price that the customer will have to pay is that of the order day.
Orders are processed only after receipt and receipt of the payment corresponding to the invoice amount.

Reserve of ownership
Each product delivered remains the property of the Bega Srl company until full payment of the sums due. The customer will therefore be required to handle the product / products with care.
The delivery address communicated by the customer must be in the same country as the billing address, which is the customer's place of residence.
The order is processed within 7 working days and is always subject to receipt of payment.
The delivery times are of the order of 3-6 working days from the order and are shown as a guideline. Therefore, should this period be exceeded, no compensation or withholding can be claimed under any circumstances.
Notice of passage
The delivery of the ordered products is guaranteed by a carrier appointed by the company Maanta. In case of absence on the day of delivery, the delivery officer is required to leave a notice of passage in the customer's mailbox.
The customer must then contact the customer service department or the transport company within a maximum of 3/4 days after the first notice of passing the person in charge. After this deadline, the products will be automatically returned by the courier at the store of the company Maanta. The costs of surrender amount to € 19 per piece including VAT, are charged to the customer and will be deducted from the amount of his order.
In the case of missing products, the customer must absolutely indicate in writing this lack on the delivery note that must be requested from the delivery officer. The customer has at his disposal 14 days to communicate his reservations to the assistance by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or registered letter with return receipt addressed to the company Maanta, Via Einaudi 22/c, 36040 Brendola (VI) Italy, that undertakes to return the missing product as soon as possible.
In the absence of a reservation on the delivery note, no claim will be taken into consideration either by the carrier or by the company Maanta.
Products damaged or not in compliance with the order
In case of delivery of a damaged product or not in compliance with the order, the customer has the possibility to refuse the delivery, indicating on the delivery note that he / she will have to request from the delivery person. The customer also has at his disposal 14 days from the date of receipt to verify the conformity of the products delivered and inform the assistance by email to email@example.com
The company Maanta undertakes to accept as returned at its expense the products damaged or not in compliance with the order and to send the new products as soon as possible.
Loss of the package
If the delivery has not been made after 15 days from the date of receipt of the parcel codes, the customer must inform the assistance provided by the Maanta website by e-mail.
At that point a complaint will be opened with the carrier in order to know the reason for the delay.
More situations are possible:
The carrier does not find the delivery address or is no longer in possession of it.
Solution: the Maanta company will transmit the delivery coordinates to the carrier. The package is delivered within 48-72 hours.
The package is not traceable. The carrier opens an investigation that can last up to 10 days.
Solution: If found, the package will be forwarded to the recipient.
If the package is declared lost, the company Maanta will proceed to re-dispatch or refund the sums due according to the instructions of the customer.
Failure to deliver and return the goods
Please carefully check the data entered in the order before sending it or ask for assistance if you can not enter the correct address by contacting the email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that the data provided for delivery are incorrect, incomplete or not adequate for the performance of regular delivery with subsequent return of the goods to the sender, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the aforementioned goods amounting to € 19 per package.
The contract can be canceled within 14 days, starting from the delivery of the goods, without giving reasons. The revocation must be sent by registered mail to the company Maanta, Via Einaudi 22/c, 36040 Brendola (VI), or by e-mail. To be able to use the right of revocation it will be sufficient to communicate it in good time or to return the goods.
In the case of termination, the services obtained by both parties and the costs of use (eg taxes) must be returned and deducted as must be deducted the expenses incurred for making the reimbursement which are 4% for reimbursements with credit card. credit or debit and € 15 in the case of repayment by bank transfer. If it is impossible to return the service or product in its original condition, we would be obliged to request compensation for the service. This does not apply to the return of damaged goods that presented defects already at the time of purchase. The compensation will not be necessary in case of purchase not for personal use and in case of use that does not compromise its original value. We will collect any type of goods, regardless of whether it is suitable for shipment or not. The transport costs will be borne by the customer and are quantified in € 19 per piece including VAT.
Maanta by Bega Srl Limited Warranty
IMPORTANT: This warranty is to be intended with proper use of the user instructions provided. Installation requirements may depend on factors such as soil type, anchor points, wind conditions in your area, etc.
Safety warnings and installation instructions
Shade sails must be installed securely by applying good/uniform tension to reduce wind in the sail fabric. Loose and floppy fabric will cause premature damage from mechanical damage. Soft/loose fabric causes malfunctions that are the source for future damage/breakage. This damage is not attributable to UV light and is not covered under warranty. Periodic maintenance is essential to ensure that the fabric remains taut.
Although all MAANTA by Bega srl shade equipment is rigorously tested to withstand forces of nature, we do not recommend or warranty the deployment or use of any shade equipment in wind conditions which exceed fixed limits (see below).
MAANTA will only warranty products which are properly secured to an adequate anchoring system. Furthermore, MAANTA will not cover any damage to a shade or base device which occurs as a result of contact with the ground or any other foreign object including damage which occurs as a result of sudden and severe weather events or other extreme acts of nature. In general, MAANTA recommends that all shade products be securely removed when not in use.
MAANTA will only warrant the safe, sensible and reasonable operation of our shade structures within the recommended deployment guidelines.
Fixings should be selected to match the masonry and fixed precisely and firmly into the wall.
Maanta products are to be used, having regard for the prevailing weather at the time of use. You must take additional care in windy conditions. Maanta does not recommend or warrant the use of their sails in winds exceeding above limits. The shade sail must also be collapsed when left unattended.
This warranty does not cover damage of the shade sail caused from or by wind, fire, theft, vandalism or misuse.
Installation requirements must be verified with a qualified builder or engineer.
Considering the following factors before starting the installation of your sail is fundamental to ensure the success of shading the desired area.
Consider the following factors:
- Anchorage spaces and dimensions
- Size and shape of the shade sail
- Strength of existing structures that will serve as anchoring points
- Direction and angle of the sun
- Possibility of using fixing posts
- Distance from barbeques, ovens, electrical/telephone wires, irrigation systems, etc.
Additional situations may be specific to your own circumstances.
Sails should not hang freely as this can damage the fabric. Furthermore, they may not be walked on, used as a hammock or trampoline, or in any other way other than what they were designed for, i.e. they serve only as protection from the sun or rain.
Your Maanta shade sail is uniquely designed to provide UV protection and comfort in domestic areas. A correctly tensioned sail and properly fixed anchors are indisputable prerogatives for the safety and strength of the structure. Inspect regularly. Exposure to certain chemicals, such as chlorine, can cause premature degradation of the fabric. Before using chemicals on or near the sail, contact Maanta's technical department. Do not start or place fires under or near the sail structure. You must temporarily remove your Maanta shade sail during storms, high winds and snow.
Sails should always be removed if they cannot be tested in sudden storms.
Because wind speed is not a constant figure and because gusts of wind are often stronger than you think, it is advisable to always remove the waterproof sail.
The warranty is only valid if the user does not change the recommended tensioning systems and system components.
Customer is responsible for all installation plans, permits, engineering and/or installation related construction. Any damage caused by improper installation (including but not limited to engineering, permitting, construction, faulty materials, etc.) is specifically excluded from any warranty claim.
The warranty includes
Conformity defects existing at the time of delivery, i.e. original defects of the product.
All defects must be reported within two months of their discovery
Upon delivery, the customer has the obligation to verify, within two (2) months, the conformity of the products and to inform, if non-compliant, the company Maanta by Bega Srl.
This warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations. All claims under this warranty must be made by writing to email@example.com
All claims must be accompanied by a sample of the fabric for laboratory testing, purchase invoice of the product and detailed photos.
With this warranty we are responsible for ensuring that newly manufactured products (sails, poles, wall fixings and wall plates) have the characteristics listed in our product description at the time of delivery. A defect is only present if the quality or usability of this product is significantly reduced.
If the defect appears three (3) months after delivery, the consumer must prove that the product was already faulty at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from improper use or failure to comply with the installation and user instructions. Wear and tear of a product is not covered by this warranty. Products on which you have already attempted repairs or which are no longer in the condition in which they were sold cannot be covered by the warranty.
We shall repair product defects free of charge within a reasonable period of time after notification of the defect or, if this is not possible, provide a replacement. This warranty does not grant the consumer any rights other than repair or replacement.
Claims for defects under this warranty shall be time-barred in three (3) months from the time the product is delivered by the seller to the consumer, which must be proven by the original purchase receipt (receipt, invoice).
If the consumer complains of a defect that, in our opinion, does not exist, and if the consumer was aware of the non-existence of the defect when he was notified of it, or if he made a negligent mistake, the consumer must compensate us for the damage suffered.
The warranty is not transferable and applies only to the first purchaser.
Bega Srl undertakes to replace any defective product that is reported within this time limit, if
- the defect is identified on delivery
- the defect is identified during installation
The returned fabrics will be tested and inspected in our laboratory to ensure that the sail was used according to the use and specification.
If, within the number of years specified below for each Product after the date of purchase from Maanta by Bega srl or an authorized dealer or agent of Maanta by Bega srl, this Product cracks, breaks or crazing as a direct result of UV exposure ("Defect"), Maanta by Bega srl will, according to the situation, replace the Product (but not any other component) free of charge or reimburse the cost of such replacement.

The warranty does NOT cover
Maanta by Bega srl will not be liable for any claim made under this warranty in respect of any product in any of the following circumstances.:
- sails torn by wind / hail / snow.
- sails burnt by sparks from barbecues and/or fireplaces.
- poles bent due to incorrect installation.
- poles bent due to improperly installed sails.
- waterproof sails deformed by water accumulation because they are not properly sloped
- damage due to an improper use of the product or use of the product for purposes other than those for which the product was designed or intended.
- damage caused by extreme weather conditions such as wind, snow, hail, storms, etc.
- scratched poles or poles with surface corrosion and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty unless the product is structurally weakened.
- normal wear and tear of the product resulting from exposure to sunlight and/or weathering.
- defects resulting from accidents.
- if the product is erected, installed or used in violation of our operating instructions or any instructions or warnings issued by Maanta by Bega srl.
- if the product has been altered or modified in any way, unless such alteration has been approved in writing by Maanta by Bega srl.
- poor maintenance.
- if the defect is due, in whole or in part, to an act or omission of a person other than Maanta by Bega srl.
- defects caused by the use of chemical products.
- If the product has been subjected to improper use, neglect, accident or abuse.
- If domestic shade sail is used for any purpose other than domestic applications.
- Damage to the Work arising in whole or in part by events or conditions beyond Manufacturer's control, including the effects of: Acts of God (including, but not limited to, hail, snow, lightning and winds in excess of rated capacity)
- There is no warranty coverage for damage to the product caused by improper installation;
- No warranty coverage is offered if the purchaser modifies or improperly repairs the product.
- No provision herein or in any prior discussions, brochures and/or writings of any sort shall extend the liability of Shade Sails for any incidental or consequential damages; including but not limited to damages or injury to other persons, structures or products, lost profits, the cost of substitute equipment or the claims of third parties.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship - examples of this include:
- Leaving your shade sail exposed to high winds or storms
- Damage caused by negligence
- Malfunctions resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
- Theft or loss of the product
- any changes, modifications, additions, or attachments are made to the structures in any way, without prior written approval from the Company— specifically, no signs, objects, fans, light fixtures, etc. may be hung from the structures, unless specifically engineered by the Company.
- normal wear and tear;
- misuse, willful, or intentional damage, vandalism, contact with chemicals, cuts, or Acts of God (i.e. tornado, hurricane, micro/macros burst, earthquake, wildfires, etc.);
- use, maintenance, neglect, repair and/or service inconsistent with the Company’s written care and maintenance instructions, provided with the order
- waviness near the seams
- waviness on the edges of the fabric
- waviness in the middle of the sheet or honeycombing
- compression and winding creases
- chalk effect" scoring
- a deterioration of the chemical composition of the fabric due to exposure to ultraviolet rays or the color fading of the product (even if due to sun exposure);
- any damage to the product caused or contributed to by tensioning the product beyond its pull and tensile capabilities or by mechanical friction, by exposing the product to chemicals (including chlorine), by proximity to an open flame (including barbecue flames).
In addition to the warranty set forth above, the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and other state and territorial laws may imply warranties or conditions or impose liability on Maanta by Bega srl with respect to the product or its supply that cannot be excluded, limited or modified. Except for these implied warranties or conditions and any such liability and the warranty described above.
All warranties and conditions (whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise) in relation to the Product or its supply are expressly excluded and Maanta by Bega srl will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person (including the purchaser of the Product) in any way in connection with or arising out of the Product or its use (including loss or damage arising out of the negligence of, or contributed to by, Maanta by Bega srl). If liability for breach of warranty or condition by Maanta by Bega srl or any other liability imposed on Maanta by Bega srl by legislation, which cannot be excluded, can be limited, the liability of Maanta by Bega srl is limited to the extent permitted by law, and if liability can be limited to one of several ways, the liability of Maanta by Bega srl is limited to one of the permitted ways chosen by Maanta by Bega srl in its sole discretion.
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, LIQUIDATED, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFIT, USE OR GOODWILL, WHETHER BASED UPON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF A BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, USE, OPERATION OR REPAIR OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
The colors of our fabrics may vary from monitor to monitor.
Due to the manufacturing method, sails may vary by up to 3% from the specified dimensions. Sails are measured from sail eye to sail eye and, unless otherwise ordered, are concave, curved inwards.
Acquisition and transfer of personal data
The information communicated by customers is intended for the company Maanta that will transmit said information, in whole or in part to its commercial partners only and exclusively for purposes of processing the order, delivery of products and / or provision of services ordered by the customer.
Personal data acquired by the company Maanta will not be sold or communicated externally for advertising purposes.
The customer has at any time the right to access and rectify personal data concerning him.
Applicable law and settlement of disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the rules of Italian law.
Before validating your order, the customer declares to have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and will accept them without reservation.
In the event of a dispute, the customer will primarily address the assistance of the Maanto company in order to find a friendly settlement. In the event that it is impossible to reach a friendly solution, all disputes or disputes that may arise from contracts stipulated between Maanta and the customer will be referred to the Vicenza court.
The company Maanta warns its users that the elements of its website are protected by copyright law: it may be the case of photographs, articles, drawings and animated sequences contained on this site. The rights on these elements belong to the company Maanta or are subject to a use authorization in favor of the latter.
Any reproduction or total or partial representation of this site for any procedure that is, without the express permission of the MAAN, is prohibited and would constitute a counterfeit sanctioned by articles L 335-2 and following of the Code of intellectual property.
Any image, text and graphic element used without the consent of the Maanta company may be the subject of judicial proceedings.
The user also undertakes not to use programs that could create unreasonable overloads and disrupt the operation of the site.
Any fraudulent intrusion on the site and / or inspiration of the content of the Maanta site and / or extraction of its database in whole or in part may be subject to judicial proceedings in the conditions established by law.
Terms and conditions
The customer is required to release all the required data complete with tax code (for individuals) or I.V.A. (for legal entities). If Maanta does not such data, the order will not be processed.
Maanta reserves the right to cancel orders placed by customers even after receipt of payment. The cancellation will in any case always be accompanied by the reimbursement of the entire amount paid by the customer without additional penalties or charges. The images, descriptions and prices of the products on sale are purely indicative because they are constantly updated and subject to a slight probability of human error in publication.
In the case a product is purchased during the update.
Maanta reserves the right to change the orders associated with it even after receiving payment of the same and always subject to communication and acceptance by the customer. In the case of non-acceptance by the customer of changes subsequent to the order. In the shortest possible time, Maanta will cancel the order and proceed to any total reimbursement towards the customer, without any additional expense or burden.
