The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class II certification guarantees it is safe for direct skin contact, including for children and pets.

No two pieces are exactly alike: slight variations in the weaving tension create unique textures. It is a slower process than industrial production, but it ensures premium quality and distinctive character.
The dense weave (1800 g/m²) gives Tramelia a substantial weight, helping it stay stable on most outdoor surfaces. On very smooth floors (such as polished porcelain tiles or marble), we recommend using a non-slip rug underlay, available separately.

Through the recycling process, the bottles are transformed into polyester granules, which are then spun together with virgin polypropylene, without compromising the durability or quality of the final product.

Maintenance is simple: for routine cleaning, vacuum or shake the rug to remove dust and debris. For stains or more stubborn dirt, use a jet of water (even a low-pressure washer) and allow it to air dry. Polypropylene does not absorb liquids, so drying is quick and easy.
Polypropylene is naturally stain-resistant. In case of spills such as wine or coffee, blot immediately with absorbent paper, then clean with lukewarm water and a mild detergent if necessary. The fibre does not absorb liquids, so stains do not penetrate the material.
If you decide to store it away, clean the rug thoroughly and let it dry completely. Roll it up (do not fold it) and keep it in a dry place. Avoid overly damp areas to prevent unpleasant odours, even though the material does not develop mould.
No, the size and weight of Tramelia are not compatible with a domestic washing machine. Cleaning with water is more than enough to keep the outdoor rug in perfect condition.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, exposure to harsh chemicals, cuts or mechanical abrasion.
Tramelia is rolled onto a rigid tube and protected with a sealed polybag. We ship via express courier. You will receive tracking details to follow your delivery. Upon arrival, unroll the rug and leave it flat for a few hours to remove any waves caused during transport.
